Why do you categorize your apparel into collections called Pursuit, Discovery, and Journey? What is the difference in each collection?
At Questhaven Fashions, we believe that you do not have to spend a million dollars to look and feel like you are worth a million dollars. We strive to cater to a variety of budgets and
lifestyles, while at the same time provide the latest trends and unique styles. We work hard to ensure that the item you receive is priced extremely well, giving you the peace of mind that you are getting more for your money.
We carefully select each item that we carry, then thoughtfully categorize each item according to the quality of the fabric, how well it is made, and the brand name. Next, we price each item competitively against other retailers carrying similar styles. We understand that shopping online can be difficult when trying to determine the quality of a product against the price. Thus, we hope that by categorizing our products into collections, it will help provide you with an idea of the type of item you will be receiving.
Pursuit Collection: This collection carries pieces for the fashionista looking to indulge in the small luxuries of life. The apparel in this collection is made with premium materials, generally involves better craftsmanship, and usually comes from higher quality vendors.
Discovery Collection: This collection carries pieces for the fashionista looking for the best of both worlds. The apparel and pricing in this collection is a happy medium between our Pursuit and Journey Collection. The pieces in this category are made with great quality materials and are well constructed.
Journey Collection: This collection carries pieces for the fashionista on a smaller budget. The apparel in this collection is made with more economical materials, but without sacrificing quality and style.
What type of rewards programs do you offer?
We currently have two different rewards programs. The PunchTab Social Media Rewards Program is specifically catered to earning points for prizes through social media participation. The Questhaven Fashions Loyalty Program is for loyal customers who want to earn as much as 35% off every time they shop with Questhaven Fashions. Read more about each program below.
PunchTab Social Media Rewards - It's fun and easy to do. When you enter our site you will find a red flag with the word "rewards"on it. This program is designed for participants who want to earn points towards special promos at our store. To join, all you need to do is sign in with your Facebook or Twitter login information. You can start earning points by: liking our page, creating a post, making a comment on our Facebook or sending us a Tweet, etc.
Questhaven Fashions Loyalty Program - Get increasing discounts on your purchases everyday just for being a loyal, Questhaven Fashions, customer! To join, all you need to do is create a customer account after placing your first order. Every time you shop, your total amount in accumulated purchases will earn you major discounts! To better serve you, we have measured all of our apparel to help you determine which size to purchase. You will find this helpful information in the description tab for each product. We have also included a general size chart for your convenience.

What type of payments do you accept?
Currently, we accept the following types of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and
Discover credit cards.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated by the actual weight of your order and the location to which the package is being shipped to.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the United States.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Questhaven Fashions cannot and does not
accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during
transit. In the event a package gets lost or stolen, we strongly
encourage buyers to file their own insurance claims with the shipping
company.
Gift Cards
Buying a gift card for someone? It’s as easy as 1-2-3! Here is how it works:
1. Add the desired virtual gift card(s) to your cart, available here.
2.
Before you complete your order, include the name and email address of
the recipient in the special instructions box located in the checkout
page. If you forget to include it, we will send you an email for this
information shortly after your purchase. You may also include a message
to send to the recipient in the special instructions box.
3.
After you complete your order, we will notify the recipient via email
about the virtual online gift card, along with instructions on how to
redeem the credit online. We will also send you (the buyer) an email to
confirm that the recipient has been sent their online gift card.
4. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
