The Loyalty Program is our way of saying thank you to customers who continue to shop with us by providing tiered savings. The tiers reflect the total amount that a person has spent. For example, if Sally spent a combined total of $300 on previous purchases and her current purchase totals $200 or more, then on her following purchase she will get to take advantage of her new 10% off savings reward.
After you make your first purchase, you will be automatically enrolled into the Questhaven Loyalty Program. Once you reach the first discount tier, you will receive your permanent loyalty rewards code. You can expect to receive this within 24 to 48 business hours.
10% off every purchase - Bronze ($500 - $1,499 in accumulative purchases)
15% off every purchase - Silver ($1,500 - $2,499 in accumulative purchases)
20% off every purchase - Gold ($2,500 - $4,999 in accumulative purchases)
25% off every purchase - Platinum ($5,000 - $7,499 in accumulative purchases)
30% off every purchase - Titanium ($7,500 - $9,999 in accumulative purchases)
35% off every purchase - Diamond ($10,000 + in accumulative purchases)
Please Note: Loyalty rewards codes are not transferable nor are they allowed to be shared with others. THESE CODES PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH SAVINGS THAT NEVER EXPIRE. Hence, we want to ensure that our loyal customers are being rewarded and ask that codes which are provided are never shared. To ensure that the loyalty program is not abused, we will be auditing any and all purchases. Any purchases made using a loyalty rewards code which does not belong to that person will result in that code to be immediately deactivated. 4. Can I keep track of my total purchases?
Yes! To do so, simply create a customer account during checkout. All purchases can then be tracked by logging into your
customer account which shows the total amount spent. Customer accounts can be accessed by clicking on the link "My
Account" which is featured in the top right hand corner of our website. For customers who did not sign up for an account at checkout, email us at email@example.com where we can send you an invite to create an account.
5. When I have reached the maximum 35% discount, how long can I use it for?
Forever and ever.
6. Can I share my discount?
No! Absolutely not. We track all purchases to ensure that the savings are passed on ONLY to our loyal rewards members.
7. Will my initial purchase be credited to the amount in my loyalty rewards account?
Yes, the very first transaction is counted as part of your total order history.
8. Will I have to make my purchases in a specified period of time or is it cumulative?
No, there is no reset period. The
amount you spend rolls over annually and is based on the grand total spent,
regardless of how long you have been a member.
9. What happens if I lose my loyalty rewards code?
If you have lost your loyalty rewards code,
we can reissue you the same code provided that the code has NOT been shared or
compromised. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business
10. What happens if my code is stolen?
If your code is shared, stolen or used by someone else, your code will be discontinued and a new one will be
reissued, forcing you to start over. In short, your code is private and should be considered sensitive information.
11. How do I know when I qualify for the next discount tier?
When you have satisfied the total
purchase requirements to move up to the next discount tier, we will notify you
email that your new discount is activated.
12. Will returns be subtracted from my loyalty rewards account total?
13. Can loyalty rewards be combined with sales promotions and/or other discounts?
No. Promo codes and loyalty rewards codes cannot be combined. Only one code can be used on each purchase. The discount
amount that is greater can be used, i.e., either the sales promotion discount or loyalty rewards discount.
