· Full price items are ONLY accepted within 21 days of the original invoice date.
· EXCHANGES: Questhaven Fashions will process and pay shipping costs via USPS priority mail for any items that are to be
· FINAL SALES: Accessories, handbags, sale items, and vintage items may not be returned or exchanged.
· PARTY DRESSES: We will only issue store credit or accept exchanges for items marked as party dresses. If a party dress is
marked as FINAL SALE, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
· All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.
· The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise was originally damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
· If an item is approved for a refund, the refund will be issued via the original form of payment minus any shipping costs incurred.
How to Return an Item or Make an Exchange
Step One: Please make sure that the item qualifies for a refund or exchange. All items that are sent back for a return or an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Step Two: Print and complete the return/exchange form located on our website. Please be sure to include the completed return/exchange form with the merchandise you are sending back.
Step Three: ALL returns and exchanges MUST be mailed back via United States Postal Service (USPS). DO NOT use any other shipping service, as we will not receive it. Please note that obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance, as well as retaining the receipt, is highly advised when making a return or exchange. Items sent but not received by Questhaven Fashions will NOT receive credit for the return.
Step Four: Address the package to: Questhaven Fashions P.O. Box 2302 San Marcos, CA 92079, United States Drop off your securely sealed return package at any USPS location.
***Returns from Canada should be shipped via Canada Post.
Step Five: As soon as we receive the merchandise, we will process the return/exchange. Please note that the processing time for a return/exchange is 5 to 7 business days. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item. If the requested exchange item is no longer available, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs incurred. A confirmation email will be sent when the return/exchange is completed.
