Shipping rates are calculated by the actual weight of your order and the location to which the item is being shipped to. Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
Typically, orders take 2-3 business days to process, excluding holidays. When you place your order, a tracking number will be provided within your confirmation email so that you can track the status of your shipment.
International Shipments to Canada
Shipping charges to Canada vary based on the order's weight and destination. Due to weight and size limitations, some large orders may require additional charges that we will contact you for approval before we ship the item.
Please note that duties or taxes will likely be charged on your order when it is delivered. We are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by the Canadian government. Any fees will be your responsibility if taxes are placed on your package by officials. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Questhaven Fashions cannot and does not accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. In the event a package gets lost or stolen, we strongly encourage buyers to file their own insurance claims with the shipping company.
Undeliverable Orders / Corrections to Shipping
Shipping fees will be imposed upon the customer for any undeliverable order, as well as corrections to shipping addresses caused by customer error. Undeliverable orders include not being able to sign for an order delivered by the shipper, misspelled shipping addresses, or any fault of the customer causing an incomplete delivery of the order. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
