Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated by the actual weight of your order and the location to which the item is being shipped to. Currently, we only ship to the United States.

Typically, orders take 1-2 business days to process, excluding holidays. When you place your order, a tracking number will be provided within your confirmation email so that you can track the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Questhaven Fashions cannot and does not accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. In the event a package gets lost or stolen, we strongly encourage buyers to file their own insurance claims with the shipping company.

Undeliverable Orders / Corrections to Shipping

Shipping fees will be imposed upon the customer for any undeliverable order, as well as corrections to shipping addresses caused by customer error. Undeliverable orders include not being able to sign for an order delivered by the shipper, misspelled shipping addresses, or any fault of the customer causing an incomplete delivery of the order.
